When you are ready, you invite Teri in for support. And when the words are clear, you step out to the Balcony together, where the three of you can talk openly.
No one is put on the spot. No one has to get it right first time. The hard part happens quietly, before anyone speaks.

The True Self is guided by Teri Potter, a therapeutic coach trained in Compassionate Inquiry and Conscious Parenting. She came to this work the way many parents do. Through her own children.
